Interim Support Service
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic The Comfort Group has had to amend their working arrangements for all staff, including the Customer Services Team based in New Zealand. This team is now working remotely with access to all systems to continue supporting our customers and trade partners. This change has resulted in us having to create a new 1800 number for this interim period;

This number is manned from Monday – Friday 09:30 – 18:00 (AEDT). You will be able to contact us on this number for;
- Bedding Account receivable (Mon-Fri 09:30 – 17:00 (AEDT))
- Foams Accounts Receivable (Mon-Fri 09:30 – 17:00 (AEDT))
Whilst we will not be collecting any unbagged product during this time we will continue making deliveries to both our trade partners and consumers. All consumer deliveries will be made to the outside of the property at an agreed location., i.e. under cover. No replacements will be made under any warranty if an associated collection is required, unless agreed to by the Warranty team in advance.
We are reviewing the position with regard to collections on a regular basis and will provide an update on thgs page when this situation changes.
